In order to achieve the best results from search engine optimization,
we require that you agree to the following Terms of Service:
1- MagNag Technologies must have the ability to
optimize the structure and content of your web pages. Such changes
generally have a minimal visual impact. We will work directly with
you in order to maintain the original look and feel of your website.
2- You must provide MagNag Technologies with log-on
information (username and password) to allow us to gain FTP or other
log-in access to your website including Google Analytics, Google
Webmaster Tools and Email Contact. We will maintain confidentiality
of log-in information.
3- You must inform your webmaster or anyone else
who has access to the Web site that we are performing SEO services
on the site.
4- If your pages are light in text content (less
than approximately 300 visible words per page), you will provide
additional relevant content for the purpose of enhancing SEO rankings
5- You must inform us of any changes made to your
site website while MagNag Technologies is optimizing it. MagNag
Technologies is not responsible for changes made to the website
by other parties that may adversely affect the search engine rankings
of your website.
6- MagNag Technologies cannot guarantee 1st page
search rankings but will make every effort to optimize your keyword
search terms to achieve top-10 results among one or more search
engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN/Live, Ask, AltaVista, AOL).
7- One-word search terms are discouraged like Pizza,
Car, Dubai
8- In nearly all cases we are able to place more
search terms on the 1st page of search engine results, however,
MagNag Technologies only commits to optimizing a maximum of 1 search
term per page and 5 search terms per site, excluding "Contact
Us", "About Us", forms, or image-dominant (over 75%
graphics) pages.
9- Not all websites will qualify for MagNag Technologies
website promotion services.
Specifically:
• Adult-related websites
• Gambling-related websites
• Pharmaceutical-related websites
• Foreign language websites (Presently we only offer website
promotion to US and Canadian sites.)
• MLM, network marketing, affiliate, or similar websites
• Replicated or template websites
• Competitor websites (i.e., web design, web development,
seo websites)
• Websites with less than 5 pages of content (not including
“about”, “contact”, product image / image-dominant,
or forms pages)
• Websites with primarily dynamic or database-driven content
• Websites with primarily flash content
10- Search engine companies change their ranking
algorithms periodically, and as such, search ranking positions will
fluctuate and cannot be guaranteed by MagNag Technologies. Any other
changes to search engine sites that cause unfavorable ranking results
are out of MagNag Technologies control and we cannot be held responsible
for such actions or occurrences.
11- You understand that our search engine optimization
service does not include paid search engine and directory submission
fees. Fees must be paid directly to these search directories for
review and inclusion (such as Yahoo for example).
12- Saturday and Sunday is OFF. We have a managed
team.
13- You should pay us on monthly basis on the agreed
date with the representative. You can pay by cheque or online bank
transfer.
YOUR SIGNATURE ON A PRINTED COPY OF THIS AGREEMENT IS NOT REQUIRED
IN ORDER FOR THE AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BINDING ON YOU. YOUR USE
OF OUR SEO SERVICES SHALL CONSTITUTE A VIRTUAL SIGNATURE, HAVING
THE SAME FORCE AND EFFECT AS IF YOU HAD ACTUALLY SIGNED A PRINTED
COPY OF THIS AGREEMENT.
